The MK3 platform introduces all-new Class D amplifiers with higher output voltages and increased power allocation to the woofers, a 96kHz DSP with 8 pushbutton presets (up from 4) and 100 storable presets via ControlBASS, waterproof Neutrik powerCON True1 connections, and full Milan AVB networking across every cabinet in the lineup.
Cardioid mode is built into the DSP, no additional hardware required. Configure one or more cabinets as rear-facing and the DSP applies the phase and delay relationships that create a deep rear null, dramatically reducing stage bleed and giving you cleaner, louder front-of-house bass.
All BASSBOSS MK3 products are fully self-powered with built-in Class D amplification. Just plug in a balanced XLR signal from your console and power. No external amplifiers required.
Yes. All BASSBOSS products accept standard balanced XLR signal so they can work alongside older units. However, Milan AVB networking and ControlBASS integration require MK3 hardware. We recommend contacting us to discuss the best integration path for your existing system.
Yes. ControlBASS is available at no cost for macOS and Windows. Download it at bassboss.com/software.
ControlBASS currently runs on macOS and Windows. A network-connected laptop at the mix position is the standard workflow. Mobile app development is on our roadmap. Sign up for updates at bassboss.com/software.
Firmware updates are delivered via ControlBASS over the AVB network. Connect your system, open ControlBASS, and if an update is available you'll be prompted to install it: no USB sticks, no service visits.
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us for shipping estimates.
Every BASSBOSS product ships in purpose-built packaging designed for freight. Larger cabinets like the Kraken and Makara are crated. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, document it immediately and contact us before accepting delivery.
