Consultations offered through this site (by phone, email, video call, or chat) are complimentary and do not constitute a binding purchase agreement. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document. We reserve the right to update or withdraw a quote before it is accepted. Product availability, lead times, and pricing are confirmed at the time the quote is issued.

The 30 days start the day your order is delivered, not the day you ordered.
We'll send you return instructions and, for freight items, arrange pickup.
Items should come back complete, in new condition, with all included accessories, in the original packaging. You must keep the original packaging to receive a refund, as the product needs to be protected on its trip back to us.
The actual cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return.
Please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.

Personal information you disclose to us:
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when expressing interest in our products, participating in activities on our sites, or contacting us directly.
Name and Contact Data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.
Depending on what you do on the site, this can include:
Information automatically collected: We automatically collect certain information when you visit our sites, including your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and usage analytics. We also collect information through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).
Information from other sources: We may obtain information about you from public databases, joint marketing partners, and other third parties such as social media profile data and marketing leads.
You can create a BASSBOSS account to see your orders, quotes and saved details. We use Supabase to run accounts.
Signing in with email: we email you a one-time sign-in link. We store your email address.
Signing in with Google: Google shares your name, email address and profile picture link with us, along with an ID for your Google account. Supabase stores these with your account so you can sign in again. We do not get your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account.
Your Details page: you can add or edit your name, phone number and shipping address. After a paid order, we save the shipping name, phone and address from that order to your account so your next checkout is filled in for you.
Only you (and BASSBOSS staff, see Section 8) can see your account details. Your email address can only be changed through sign-in, not by editing it on the page.
Payments: card and bank payments are handled by Stripe. Your card or bank account number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers. We keep your order in Stripe with your email, name, phone, shipping address, the items, and the amounts, including sales tax. Stripe Tax uses your shipping address to calculate tax.
Apparel: merch orders are made and shipped by Printful. We send Printful your name, shipping address, phone and email so they can print and deliver your order.
Gear: speaker and accessory orders are recorded in our sales system, Freshsales, as a deal on your contact record with your name, email, phone and the items, so our team can arrange freight and follow up.
Tracking: we store carrier and tracking details for each shipment so we can show them in your account and email you when your order ships and is delivered.
Order emails: order confirmation, shipped and delivered emails are sent through Resend.
Looking up an order without an account: you can find an order with its order number and the email used to place it.
You can save a gear quote from your cart, or our team can build one for you. A quote holds your name, email, the gear and quantities, and any note. The quote also saves each item's price at the time it was made. Quotes are valid until the price of any item on it changes.
Each quote has a private link. Anyone you share that link with can see the quote, so share it only with people you trust.
When you save a quote, you choose whether we follow up with you about it. If you do, we add a note about the quote to your contact record in our customer system. You can delete your own quotes from your account (see Section 13).
We use the information we collect or receive to:
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers listed in Section 7, to run the site, your account, and your orders, or when required by law.
We only share and disclose your information in the following situations: compliance with laws and legal process; to protect vital interests and legal rights; in connection with business transfers or acquisitions; with service providers who assist our operations under confidentiality obligations; or with your explicit consent.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and your orders: payment and tax processing (Stripe), order fulfillment and shipping, account hosting, email delivery, customer records, analytics and advertising, and website hosting.
BASSBOSS staff can see customer accounts, quotes and orders so they can answer questions, follow up on quotes, and fulfill and support orders. Access to our internal quote tools is limited to staff signed in with a confirmed BASSBOSS email address.
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Please note that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You should only access our services within a secure environment.
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using our sites, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will promptly delete the data.
